Help case seems to be unmolested, looks to be orginal ser# no prefix,, came with thunderbolt head and 650 jugs, any idea what year, if its a a50 or a65 bottom end, is there anyother way to tell if its a a50 or a65,,

That's odd. Never seen anything like that. There was changes made to the bottom ends on those engines thru the years they were produced, but I would imagine the changes were made to both the A50's and the A65's. Someone like Frank Diehl could probably shed some light on this, or maybe some folks in the mother country. Let us know if you find anything out about this
