Rather limited on the number of pictures captured, folks. Will try to do a bit better at August event.
Riders gather at starting area, awaiting their minute. There's a real variety of bikes which turn out for the event. Departure is a pretty casual affair. All sizes of bikes are welcome. I believe there was several of these entered. You may not know this man, but he is the Penton Parts Guru, Al Buehner. Bill Menges has ridden the Reliability Run many, many times on this '75 Honda SL350. Regular participants Dean and Donna. Ken Clements came all the way in from Maryland with his Honda Sl350-based sidecar rig. |
Never met a motorcycle I didn't like.

Mike Richmond, on his old XR Honda. Mike is crossing over the starting platform club co-founder Clark Francy created years ago. Vintage bikes are welcome, and still make up a large percentage of entrants. Dig the 125 Hodaka Wombat and Penton Jackpiner. Hey, that's me on my little KDX Kaw, Al Buehner on a '77 Honda XL175, and Jeff Bockus on a rare '76 Honda MR250. Video from Jeff's Go Pro and others, on our Facebook page, and soon on this website. Little bit of trail action. |
